Booking & Appointments

A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit goes toward the total cost of your service. If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours' notice, and your deposit will be transferred to your new appointment date (one-time transfer only).

Health & Safety Requirements

At ETHICA Beauty Bar, your safety is our priority. As a 100% toxic-free, cruelty-free, and vegan space, our procedures are designed to be safe for all, including those with sensitivities. However, you must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or medications you are currently taking before booking.

Client Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to receive a semi-permanent tattoo service. We reserve the right to request valid government-issued photo identification. We do not perform these services on individuals who are pregnant or nursing.

Aftercare

Following your aftercare instructions is essential for the best results. We are not responsible for healing outcomes if instructions provided at the time of your appointment are not followed correctly. Failure to care for your tattoo properly may result in additional touch-up costs.
